Barefoot pastors are the cornerstone of IGL's evangelism and church planting efforts. These dedicated servants commit themselves to begin a work in 15 villages in a region sharing the story of Jesus Christ with villagers. Most often this work is done on foot. The pastor and his family take up residence in one of the villages where he serves the church and disciples and trains new believers to expand God’s kingdom. Your gift subsidizes one pastor’s income for two years until the village church is able to support him.

Most pastors have no other option but to walk on foot from village to village. Speed up a pastor's progress by providing a motorcycle or bicycle for him to travel on.
